The position of Account Manager and Sales Support is a key role in the business within the sales team. The role has responsibility for
* Building and maintaining relationships with current clients in the book trade
* Researching new leads and new business development
* Following up on inbound leads
* Email marketing to existing client base with new titles using email marketing software
* Contributing to publishing meetings to identify new titles
* Organising and taking part in trade events
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a good working knowledge of Excel, with 2 years experience in a sales or marketing environment or a recent graduate.
This role is based in our office in Stroud. The basic salary will be between £18,000 to £19,000 depending upon experience and carries a commission-based incentive.
